The farm is producing like it should in the fall. We’ve got kale coming out our ears and the chicories are sizing up beautifully in time for winter salads!

We are preparing for the rainy season and looking forward to some more morning like the one pictured below.
We look forward to feeding people through the holidays with greens from the farm!
While the soil is saturated, making it difficult to cultivate, we are working on our new greenhouse that will soon keep all of our spring and summer seedlings warm.

Our chicory rosettes survived the winter rains and are both tasty and beautiful.

There are 14 baby goats on the farm at the moment, all about two weeks old. Unbelievably adorable.
They kick and jump and run all over the field.
Its hard to get any other work done…
We are very proud of our winter carrot bouquets this year. They are sweet and delicious and our farmers-market stand looks more beautiful because of them.
Or try our stinging nettles. Wilt on top of pizza for a spinach-like flavor, nutty and delicious. Other favorite ways to prepare: tossing into your morning eggs, or making into tea to help with allergy relief.
